Do Spacecraft Have Pockets?

Over the next few updates, I will be describing some of their lives in space. How do aliens travel to different planets and get along (they are all different sizes). How does the spacecraft carry items with them and how does money work in space.
We will start with how the spacecraft carry things with them. They really do not have to normally carry money (though will get to that next update) except maybe some local currency once and awhile. However, they do need to carry other items occasionally (boarding passes when they did the Galactic Accelerator as well as other things).
When the Aliens upgraded the spacecraft, they were actually equipped with a little box (or pocket). The funny thing is the Aliens used a little of their extra dimensional technology in these pockets. They have two advantages. One is they are larger on the inside than the outside (sort of like Dr Who's Tardis). The second thing is the box cannot be stolen from. Even if you were to disassemble it, it would be empty. The spacecraft trying to remove an item makes the item present to be retrieved.
In addition to the box, they obviously need some way to get stuff in and out. They have a little arm that comes out of them (it is attached to the box). It can grab items and bring them into the box or take items out of the box. This arm helps the spacecraft as they use it for other purposes (without it they could be stopped just by a doorknob). Though they can change their shape a bit, they have not pulled off arm and hand very well.
