What's with the something live V1 songs - Q2

So I got a 2nd question, but still no contact information. The question was basically what are the something Live V1 songs about. That one is actually pretty easy, but there are three parts to the answer.

As stated before, the band is young and looking for an identify. So the best way to find an identity as a band is to try out different things. So each one is a different genre that someone in the band thought would be fun to try. Note, it is an attempt at that genre, sometimes we miss the mark a bit (but that is why you experiment).

The second part is the live. These are recorded with less processing. In general the harmony, bass and drums are put into loops. Then the melody plays along live with this (making it up as he goes, basically jamming). Not as much for thought, but fun.

The third part is V1 (or Volume 1). As we created a handful of these, we were going to go back and experiment with the ones we liked (and then there would have been a V2).
